On the Tesla user groups, there is a lot of negative sentiment, usually about the cost of repair and the way that Tesla behave towards their customers. Although you breath a sigh of relief that it's not your car, I can't help but think that these examples are no different to the way the traditional manufacturers behave through their dealer networks.
